The following decisions were taken at the end of the meeting.
I Works to be attended by the organizers.
1. Each village to identify three office bearers to run the organization.
2. to list out name and father name and class of each student right from 1 std to up to college level
3. To have statistics of each family in the village
4. To identify the family which requires ration card?
5. To identify the beneficiary for the following government scheme
a) Old age pension/Widow pension/destitute pension/physically handicapped (differently abled
Person) pension.
b) Free house pattas
c) Thadco Loan
6. To identify area of basic infrastructure improvement such as street light, Drinking water, play
Ground, laying of road.
7. To assess the requirement of fruit/coconut tree for each family.
8. Any other areas where the organization attention is required according to the local condition.
